A form will be sent direct to you from the venue to arrange payment, drinks will then be placed on your table ahead of arrival.
Some complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks will be on every table.
Parking is available in Gate 2 of the stadium, with up to 60 on-site parking spaces provided free of charge.
To allocate parking spaces, the venue requires the name of each driver using a space. These details must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the event.

On the night
We can't wait to see you in person on the evening of Thursday 19 November at the Glamorgan Country Cricket Club, Cardiff.
After a welcome drink, guests will be invited to the ballroom to enjoy a three-course meal while we celebrate excellence in the Welsh housing sector across all 18 categories.
During the evening, guests will hear shortlisted entries, as well as the winners in each category. It's an excellent way to hear first-hand about the extraordinary work going on in the Welsh housing sector, sharing stories, good practices and celebrating the achievements of our young housing professionals, leaders, tenants, customers and housing teams.
After the awards, there will be an opportunity for you to catch up with colleagues and share good practices and success stories from the past year.

Osian Elis
Osian is a recognised leader in the social housing sector in Wales, with 25 years’ experience in supported housing and a career dedicated to improving the lives of people and communities.
Currently Head of Supported Housing at North Wales Housing, his work has spanned services for children and young people, adults and older people, as well as local, national and international homelessness projects. Throughout his career, he has championed services that make a genuine difference, helping people find not only a home, but the support, dignity and opportunities they need to thrive.
Proudly from North Wales, Osian is a passionate advocate for the Welsh language, and for the people, communities and culture of Wales. He is equally passionate about the power of cooperation and the role it can play in creating stronger, more sustainable communities. That commitment extends beyond his professional life.
Osian is a long-serving board member of Tafarn y Fic, the oldest cooperative community pub in Britain - reflecting his belief that some of the strongest communities are built when people come together, take ownership and look out for one another.
He brings that same passion for people, community and Wales to the awards, helping us celebrate the achievements, commitment and difference being made by those across the sector.
Paula Kennedy
Paula was appointed Chief Executive of Hedyn in 2025, following the merger of Melin Homes and Newport City Homes.
With over 30 years' experience in social housing, 20 of these in Wales, Paula brings a wealth of knowledge to the association.
Before Hedyn, Paula held Chief Executive roles at Melin Homes and Brunelcare. She leads based on her values and her priorities for Hedyn include increasing the supply of affordable housing alongside investing in existing communities, championing sustainability and strengthening community partnerships.
Paula enjoys most things that involve being outside whether that’s walking her dog, cycling and running round Cardiff or working to improve her handicap on some of the amazing Welsh golf courses with her partner.
Paula has previously held Board positions with both English and Welsh RSLs, served as the Vice Chair of Community Housing Cymru and is currently a Trustee of Torfaen Voluntary Alliance.

Sustainability promise
We believe we have a responsibly to be more sustainable across our organisation and this means making positive changes to the way we run our events. This event will be delivered to the highest quality whilst we also ensure they reduce our environmental impact.
Here is a summary of some of the steps we are taking to do this:
- Reducing our event printing – we have started this by no longer printing our good practice compendium. We’re making sure all necessary information is available digitally on our website
- Where printing is necessary, sustainable and recyclable materials will be used as much as possible
- Catering will be responsibly sourced
- Ensuring our suppliers are using recyclable materials where possible
- All CIH staff will aim to minimise carbon footprint for each journey, and we will encourage our guests to do the same.
