  • Nadine Tapp, Head of Future Skills and Partnerships, Bromford Flagship Livewest
Nadine Tapp is Head of Future Skills and Partnerships at Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL). She has worked on skills there since 2015, when she joined as Learning and Development Manager. Most of her work now happens outside the organisation. She focuses on getting more people into housing and construction careers across Norfolk and Suffolk, and on making sure local training matches what employers need. Within the Norfolk and Suffolk Housing Partnership, Nadine leads the Improve Skills workstream. The idea behind it is straightforward. If housing associations and councils across both counties share what they plan to build and retrofit, they can also work out who they’ll need to do that work, and start training people locally now rather than scrambling later. She is leading projects to build a clearer picture of the region’s workforce pipeline and to connect housing services more closely with employment support, so more residents can get into work. BFL brings years of experience running employer-led programmes with colleges, and one of the larger apprenticeship programmes in the sector.
