This eLearning module will focus on leadership, helping you analyse the behaviours of those who demonstrate leadership as a general skill to then consider its application to the professional housing context.

We will explore the six core elements of this characteristic (achievement, innovation, vision, authenticity, collaboration and ownership) to help you discover your leadership competencies to achieve the strategic vision and varied goals.

It invites you to discover each of these characteristics with a series of tasks, examples and self-reflection activities.

It provides you with a range of possibilities for pathways of progression.

What will I learn?

How will I learn?

You’ll be faced with a range of tasks, scenarios and activities to critically reflect on your behaviours and assumptions, exploring examples and new techniques to help you develop.

This eLearning module is interactive and includes videos, case studies/real-life examples where you can test yourself, download information, reflect and go into as much detail as is right for you.
